• 2023 BMW X3 sDrive30i - The base trim level that comes with the standard 2.0-liter BMW TwinPower Turbo inline four-cylinder engine that produces up to 248-horsepower.
• 2023 BMW X3 xDrive30i - Includes the standard engine and adds the intelligent all-wheel drive system.
• 2023 BMW X3 M40i - Comes with the 3.0-liter BMW M TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder engine. This is paired with a 48-volt mild hybrid system.
• 2023 BMW X3 M - Adds more high-performance features to the 3.0-liter engine to produce up to 473-horsepower.
